Native Youth Open Up About Mental Health and Suicide Prevention in Live Panel Discussion

Talk will highlight youth-led efforts to address suicide prevention and mental well-being in Native communities.

SAN BERNARDINO, CA - Join Native youth in a timely and crucial conversation on mental health and suicide prevention. As part of Native American Heritage Month, Never a Bother: Real Talk from Native Youth on Mental Health and Suicide Prevention brings youth voices and Native experts together for an honest discussion about community well-being. The panel discussion is part of the statewide Never a Bother campaign, a youth suicide prevention campaign to increase awareness and support among California’s youth. 

The event will take place Monday, November 18 at 12 Noon at the FNX | First Nations Experience/KVCR studios before a live audience of Native students from the area. It will be broadcast live on FNX media channels. 

Panelists include:
